Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

Who can apply

Anyone can apply to join the Bad Drivers UK affiliate programme. We review all applications manually and reserve the right to decline or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including accounts that use misleading promotion, spam, or misrepresent our product.

How commissions work

You earn £2 for each completed paid purchase made through your referral link within 30 days of a user clicking it. Commission applies to both the £3.99 Standard Report and the £9.99 Full Report. Commissions are tracked via a cookie placed on the user's browser at the point of clicking your link.

Payouts

The minimum payout threshold is £10. Payouts are made manually via bank transfer. You must request a payout through your affiliate dashboard. We aim to process payout requests within 7 working days. We reserve the right to withhold payment if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse.

Prohibited activity

You must not:

• Bid on our brand keywords in paid search.
• Use misleading claims about our product.
• Spam any platform.
• Use fake clicks or traffic.
• Offer cashback or incentives for using your link without our written permission.
• Promote us on adult, illegal, or hate content platforms.

Commission validity

Commissions are held for a 14-day confirmation window before becoming available for payout. This allows time to process refunds. Refunded purchases do not generate commission.

Test credits

New affiliates receive 10 free test credits to try our product. These credits generate no commission. Test credits are non-transferable and expire if your account is closed.

Changes to the programme

We may change commission rates, payout thresholds, or these terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates by email with reasonable notice before material changes take effect.

Termination

Either party can close an affiliate account at any time. Any earned commission above the minimum payout threshold at the time of closure will be paid out. Commission below the minimum threshold at the time of closure is forfeited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
